Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to the EastERP website, platform, applications, integrations and related services.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using EastERP, the user confirms that they are authorised to act for the relevant organisation and agree to these terms and any applicable commercial agreement.

2. EastERP services

EastERP provides configurable business-management capabilities that may include accounting, inventory, purchasing, sales, HR, payroll, approvals, websites, online ordering, payments and communications integrations.

Available modules, limits, support and commercial terms may vary according to the customer's subscribed configuration.

3. Customer responsibilities

Customers and authorised users are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account and business information.
• Protecting login credentials and controlling authorised users.
• Using EastERP only for lawful business purposes.
• Maintaining required permissions, notices and consents.
• Reviewing transactions, postings, approvals and reports before reliance.
• Complying with tax, employment, communications and industry requirements.

4. Prohibited use

Users must not:

• Attempt to access another customer's tenant or restricted information.
• Interfere with the security, integrity or availability of EastERP.
• Upload malicious code or use the service for fraud or unlawful activity.
• Reverse engineer or bypass access controls except where legally permitted.
• Use connected communications services in violation of provider policies.

5. Third-party services

EastERP may connect to third-party services such as hosting, authentication, payment and communications platforms. Use of those services may also be governed by the third party's terms and policies.

EastERP is not responsible for outages, restrictions or decisions made by third-party providers outside EastERP's reasonable control.

6. WhatsApp Business

Each customer connects and controls its own WhatsApp Business Account, business phone number, templates, recipients and communication activity.

Customers are responsible for complying with Meta and WhatsApp policies, applicable communications law and all consent or notification requirements.

7. Intellectual property

EastERP and its platform software, interfaces, documentation and branding remain the property of EastERP or its licensors. Customers retain ownership of the business information they lawfully submit to the platform.

8. Availability and changes

EastERP may perform maintenance, apply security updates, improve features or change service components. Reasonable efforts will be made to preserve service continuity and customer data integrity.

9. Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for non-payment, unlawful use, material breach, security risk or as otherwise provided in an applicable commercial agreement.

10. Disclaimers

EastERP is a business-management technology platform. It does not replace professional accounting, legal, tax, employment or regulatory advice. Customers remain responsible for reviewing their records and decisions.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability arising from use of EastERP will be limited according to the applicable customer agreement and will exclude indirect or consequential losses where legally permitted.
