Data Deletion Instructions
Effective date: 17 July 2026
Individuals and authorised customer administrators may request deletion of personal information or an EastERP account, subject to identity verification, contractual obligations, audit requirements and applicable law.
1. Submit a deletion request
Send an email to dreakeast@gmail.com with the subject: EastERP Data Deletion Request.
2. Include the following information
- Your full name.
- Your EastERP account email address.
- The organisation or tenant associated with the account.
- The phone number associated with the relevant integration, if applicable.
- A clear description of the information or account to be deleted.
- Confirmation that you are authorised to make the request.
3. Identity and authority verification
EastERP may request additional information to verify the requester's identity, account ownership or authority to act for an organisation. Sensitive credentials or passwords should never be sent by email.
4. Customer-managed records
Where EastERP processes information on behalf of a customer organisation, the request may be referred to that organisation for authorisation or action. The customer organisation may be the controller of the relevant records.
5. What happens after verification
After a valid request is verified, EastERP will identify the applicable account and records, remove or anonymise information that may lawfully be deleted, and confirm completion or explain any information that must be retained.
6. Information that may be retained
Some information may need to be retained for legal, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, contractual or audit purposes. Access to retained information will remain restricted.
7. Disconnecting WhatsApp Business
Customer administrators may also request disconnection of their WhatsApp Business integration. Disconnecting an integration stops future authorised processing through that connection but may not automatically delete valid business records already created in EastERP.
